Been really busy with a bunch of art lately (is that a bad thing?) but I try to get in some sketching when I can.

Working on my creature designs and trying to get away from the human figure as my base design. As you can see I'm still drawn to the figure.

Though the anatomy may be wrong in the face, there's something appealing to the structure to me.

All done in pencil, and the title being a play off amputation and well um satan.

nice work so far. I dont feel anything wrong with the face but the arms seem too thin.

I think creatures resembling humanity are scarier. Taking something we're familiar and comfortable with and completely changing it.
